For our 2021 virtual conference, we knew that we needed to go with a company that could handle a lot of video presentations and all of our associations unique needs and Cadmore delivered. The team at Cadmore is extremely knowledgeable and worked with our other vendors on intergration to make all the information come together. Even if we came across something that we thought might be a challenge, Cadmore would listen to the issue and have a solution if not on the spot, shortly after. Cadmore has the ability to add transcripts to the videos, this was something very important for our attendees and was a great additional to the conference. During the conference the customer service on Cadmore's end was outstanding, anyone that reached out was acknowledged and was given an answer shortly after. The platform is very user friendly and the search field is exceptionally robust. Our attendees were so happy with this past year's conference. We can't wait to work with Cadmore again in 2022!
