We use CadmiumCD for nearly all of our event management for our Annual Meeting (abstract submission, faculty communications, programming, streaming, ARS, website, app, recordings, CME, and now our LMS).  We have a very good relationship with our project manager who stays engaged and is extremely helpful in terms of recommending improvements.  More recently we held a lesson's learned meeting with CadmiumCD regarding our 2021 Annual Meeting and they came with great suggestions and were open to our feedback.  More recently, CadmiumCD has expanded their offerings to include two LMSs and a video platform.  We actually were already using one of the LMSs they purchased and now we are learning how we can streamline our offerings.  We are hopeful that in a year they will have ways for us to more easily collect, record and move content from the Harvester into our LMS.   We would like to see improvements in the admin side, reporting, and the user experience (less clicking for the learner is still one of the number one requests we receive for both the website and the app).  Additionally, it is important to note that staff really have to dedicate time to the administrative side when you are using so many of their modules.  Finally, we are concerned that CadmiumCD maybe moving more to an hourly rate for some of their services, but we shall see how if this occurs and how this affects our budget.
