My organization's virtual conference was over a 4 day period with 150 Speakers and nearly 200 presentations. Intrado insisted on waiting until a month out from our meeting until they would begin recording presentations, which was not enough time. Intrado staff was overwhelmed with recordings and edits, and could not keep up.  Intrado did not provide Speakers with adequate instructions for their recording sessions, and the webcast engineers that were hired-out were uninformed of many things.  When it came to the virtual event, recorded presentations had been lost, presentations were not in the correct order as communicated, a number of Speaker had to instead present live on the fly, audio for recorded presentations were lost, and on the first day of the event, Intrado had a system-wide outtage. It is now 4 weeks after our virtual event, and Intrado still has not archived a number of sessions for on-demand viewing. They promised a lot and did not deliver.
