Feedback on Streampoint Platfrom
We have used Streampoint for a few virtual events and started off with no major issues. We were happy with the experience after our first event with them, so we signed on for two more events. Things went okay, but not great. There were a lot of technical issues and some of them were major. Our account manager was very responsive, but didn't always have the answers and wasn't as knowledgeable about the technology as we thought he should be, so that was frustrating. We had a good first experience with Streampoint and some of our attendees really loved the platform, but after the last two events with so many issues, we have decided to look for another platform provider.
