I had the chance to work with the Matrix Group BeSpeake team for not just one but two virtual events in 2020. I had no idea how intense creating a virtual event could be but the white-glove service from the Matrix team actually made it fun and made my online events shine. The CEO, Joanna was part of several of the planning meetings to ensure all was going smoothly. There was rarely a hiccup and when there was, they had support staff at-the-ready to handle. This is by far what makes the BeSpeake company different than the others --their service and attention to detail and design is first class. The product and service might be a bit out of the price range for some smaller organizations but totally worth every penny if you can find the sponsors and registration numbers to support it.
